"Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel facilities, but it's a bit far. However, it's very convenient if your itinerary includes a visit to the Taipei Arena. In addition, the service attitude of the buffet staff was poor. It was good that they were showing enthusiastic attitude when serving who have western face but rather indifferent towards for those who have Asian face, showing a lack of service spirit. 酒店設備整體滿意，只是比較遠，但如行程需到訪小巨蛋，則非常方便。另外餐飲部職員服務態度欠佳，體現於對外國人比較熱情當但當對待亞洲面孔則比較冷淡，欠缺服務精神。"

"Palais de Chine is well placed near the HSR, MTR and Bus Stations. It is easy to move from the hotel around the city via these modes of transport. The hotel is next door to a major shopping centre which is very handy. Our room was comfortable, clean and the entire staff were very welcoming. The buffet breakfast is very expansive! A great 3 day stay."
