We always have a good stay here. We appreciate the kitchenette in the rooms. Don't expect more than basic coffee in the breakfast room though. This time the room carpet needed a deep clean or replacement.

This hotel has so much potential. A lobby and bar that is a 'ghost town.' Bar area looks nice however, never in use. Rooms could use some thorough cleaning. So much dust on tables, chairs & furniture getting run down. Needed a place to stay for one night however, next time I would rather pay a little more for cleaner & better amenities. Thankfully, bedding, bathroom & towels appeared clean. Staff was nice.

The location was alright and easy to get to. Rooms were dated and are in need of an update. The carpet is stained and the tables, desk, and walls are all in dated rough shape. It would be a really great place if they would spend some money to refurbish the place. 3 thin, old and small pillows for 2 people are not enough. When we asked for additonol supplies they were more then willing to accomodate. I wouldn't list this place with "a breakfast" with coffee, granola bars, and oatmeal for the offering. At least leave out a toaster with some bread and fruit??

Always a good stay at Extended Stay. Not much of a breakfast, but the room had a nice kitchenette. I took one of the smaller rooms but still expected more space for a couple people to eat. Overall only that minor issue for amenities.

The room was not cleaned. The carpet has multiple stains and it was clearly not vacuumed, we saw some trash under the AC unit. The room also has musky smells to it and the lobby smells like smoke.

The hotel was incredibly dirty, staff was unfriendly, hallways were dirty, no pillowcases on pillows, room smelled, marijuana smell throughout the entire 2nd floor. Will not be back. Used to be a very nice hotel, have stayed there several times in the past, but unfortunately will not be back

The room was clean was about the best of it. Reservation was made knowing that there were 3 people coming and there was no bedding provided for the other bed. When we checked in there was a sign on the front desk saying they were helping another person but after sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes I rang the bell on the desk and the front desk person came out from a door behind the desk that was an office. Every time we needed to get something from the front desk that sign was there and the person always walked out of the back office which always had the door closed. Poor customer service.
