"The kids enjoyed the pool, however we had to go to the front desk to get towels. The hot tub was hot, but the bubbles didn't work. The beds were comfortable, but I would have appreciated more or bigger pillows. The one staff member was friendly and patient during check in. Loud yelling in the hallways late at night and airplanes early morning made for a very restless night of sleep. Breakfast was lacking water and juice. We liked that there were 2 waffle makers though!"

"Pool was closed for maintenance. A guest said they heard it may be closed until August. Breakfast was difficult as there were multiple sports teams staying and only 1 waffle maker. I and another guest waited in line 20 minutes to make 1 waffle each. By then there was hardly any batter left. We asked if there was more but we were told no because they were closing. Two machines would have helped speed this up and solved that problem especially when there were SO many kids staying there. Otherwise I thought the lobby and my room were nice. I didn't use the gym or any other amenities. Also I was charged $5 plus tax to park on their parking lot and no one mentioned they charge for parking. I didn't find out until I saw an email receipt after my departure. It's the suburbs so why the charge? "

"Super easy check in. Nice location. All needs just across the street in a nice shopping center. "

"Clean room-very clean, but does not have a microwave. Staff-was pleasant, welcomed me, but failed to explain which floor I was on. I did know the room number. Had to come back down the escalator to find out (was my first time staying there). Shops nearby-Mall of America, what more can I say. Plenty of shops and places to eat minutes walking distance from your room. There’s also a IHOP across the street, and a IKEA a Uber drive away. Walmart Neighborhood Market is 1.2 miles away. Air conditioning-only goes up to 76 degrees, but works well. Convince is what you are paying for when you rent these rooms."
