「I like that the property is very convenient to stores and restaurants. The beds were a little uncomfortable and pillows small. Rooms were pretty clean although there were patch spots that stuck out. The only thing that I didn’t like was the heavy smell of marijuana.」

「Our room had old, well used carpet. It felt a bit damp. The building is older, so there are cracks and paint chips. However, I felt the room and bedding was clean. The breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the pool on a hot day.」

「You get what you pay for. Rate was reasonable. Room had hard flooring vs. carpet so it was clean. Walls were dirty in the room. Beds were fine. Towels were good. Older decor if that is important to you. Room had small fridge with freezer and a microwave. Coffee and juice is all they offer in the morning and the juice was warm from the dispenser. Hallway carpets were clean and fresh. Looks like a lot of construction workers stay there. Much of the parking lot was filled up with construction...

「The property has shade, good access and a patio for sitting, though open and exposed to flying insects. The staff are courteous and helpful, professional. The overall condition of the property is abysmal. I don't think it serves Expedia's purposes, or the property's purposes, for that matter, to keep this physical plant as it is. It would best be leveled and replaced with a viable property that better serves its guests with something more than decrepit conditions. While the bed and towels...
