Morningside of staff beautiful got assistance when needed overnight left premises constantly on break and never available at the desk except for the young lady with 2strand twist was great. Do not like the fact that their policy for a spot cleaning is only if you're staying more than a week explains why they have roaches especially knowing that a lot of the people staying in this hotel is staying there due to being homeless you think you would like to keep it a lot more cleaner.

When I arrived in the room 409 there were no sheets on the bed and the matrix was stained in various places Both the refrigerator and freezer were not working and had spoiled food in them. When I reported this I received a very lukewarm and uncaring attitude. Reported on August 6

I didn't like how I needed to extend our stay and the lady told my mother that me and my husband had been fighting so they wouldn't let us.. Ronda. Then my husband went to the front desk and the lady said we were fine. I think the young lady just had a personal issue with us because we never once fought. Not to mention when I checked in the second time because we stayed there 3 weeks unplanned the room wasn't even cleaned and the house keeping is terrible..u have to take ur own trash out to the dumpster.itwas pretty crazy.

There was no breakfast. I found roach carcasses in my bedroom and it was falsely advertised and I was charged in extra $100 for 3rd party. Also I ended up calling the hotel staff because of a homeless man knocking at my door they called the police and then also put me out 5 days before my stay was over and never refunded me.
