The staff was the high point of the stay. All were cheerful and helpful. As far as the room itself. I’ve always thought of Springhill suites as a vibrant airy place to stay, but our room was dark, gray and stuffy; not at all like Springhill suites of the past. Everything was clean, but it wasn’t a welcoming environment. Fortunately, there was an outdoor patio and we spent our free time out there as weather permitted.
