We loved our stay! The location is historic and very walkable downtown. Has a gorgeous lobby with lots of spacious seating arrangements. Check in was simple but there was a courtesy fee of $100 that has to be charged. We used the few to cover valet parking and receive the unused portion back on our card after check out. The valet service was very easy and much easier than finding parking elsewhere. $32 for overnight valet or $16 just for the day. The pool was perfect sized.
The windows in our room on the second floor where huge and gorgeous! With a view facing Sibley Street we could see the bus station, a bit of the river and the beautiful buildings surrounding us. The windows had floor to ceiling sheer curtains and blackout curtains with their own control panel. A huge spacious room with a couch, foot rest, and very comfortable bed. Only downside to the room was there was no microwave, however there was one in the lobby. The breakfast spread was magnificent. Toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt parfait with a variety of granola toppings and fresh cut fruit and whole fruit options, sausage, eggs scrambled and boiled, potatoes, French toast sticks, a large beverage bar including tea, coffee, orange juice, apple juice and iced tea. Check out was seamless. Great location if you have kids or have activities downtown. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
