Will not ever stay here again. No ‘complimentary’ breakfast and coffee was only out once in a while. Carpet was so dirty I had to trash any socks I wore in my room. There was black mold growing on the ceiling in the hallway. Staff was always difficult to find. Laundry was more expensive than any laundry mat near by.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I booked this extended stay for my mother, and she described the room as dingy and grimy. I was embarrassed because I’ve stayed at similar hotels in this area before and have generally had good experiences, so this was unexpected. The one bright spot was the staff. Everyone she interacted with was friendly, kind, and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. I hope the property can improve its cleanliness because the employees deserve a hotel that reflects the quality of their customer service.

Room was not well kept in the kitchen area. Opened the bathroom door to a smell so bad it near made my Girlfriend sick. Went to the front desk and without saying anything they knew why we were coming back up. They knew the room was not good an still chose to try and rent it to us. Absolutely don’t recommend.

This was such a run down place, if we could have left we would have. Curtains didn't shut all the way as light shown in then. Civets in the walls, outlets almost falling off, furniture showing wear, sticky floor, Should I go on? Others towns we have stayed keep up the buildings much much better. Compared to Naperville, Illinois this was big 0!! Never again.

Our room had an entry of linolium and it was sticky. We asked the desk clerk to see if someone could wipe it down for us. She said they clean only every other week.

No breakfast provided either morning (staff just scoffed at me when I asked). Coffee wasn’t out till well after 6 am today. Shower rod in my room was installed poorly and twisted so that the shower curtain wouldn’t stay fully pulled closed. There were hairs on the wall of the shower. Multiple stains on the carpet and walls were dirty. Really not impressed with anything on this property.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Check-in was confrontational. Room: dirty floor, shabby furniture (except for bed), no safe, not only no shampoo, there was no soap, tub plug removed, shower locked on (i.e. no bath posssible, despite presence of tub). Found LOTS of trash under the bed! No coffee on first day. No breakfast at all, not even grab & go. Tenants loitered out front all day. Noisy tenants. One tenant warned me about bed bugs.

I was thrown off by the pictures online versus in person. Most of the time, staff members were not at the front, on their phones, or just hanging outside the building, which made it difficult to get help. I was staying for 3 days, and the entire time, my door wouldn't lock, even after it was shut. All it took to open was a light push, which made me uneasy about leaving personal items in the room while attending to business. The cart in the lobby that was meant to help bring in personal items was literally on its last leg, and the elevator was definitely concerning. Getting on and off felt like we were just waiting for catastrophic failure. It would be helpful and assuring to know when the last time there was intentional maintenance on the elevators in the event something were to happen.

Looks like a decent stay until you walk in. Dirty rooms, nothing works, bed is still damp and the mattress is stained with visible dirt (bugs?) on it. There was a dirty brown stained towels on the floor when I entered. Shady people entering the side doors that don't require a key card to open. I felt unsafe. I left and went to another hotel. $85. Don't do it. Stay away
