"I am delighted that I was able to stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and set in an incredible setting. The staff were all very friendly and really made me feel welcome. The breakfast and facilities (pool, sauna etc) all looked good although I didn’t use them. I will have no hesitation about returning to this hotel! "8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words. "

"Amazing! Was there 2 nights and still didn't experience the whole place. Will absolutely come back! Highly recommend the stay and the food was divine. I would recommend brushing up on your German as there were few English speakers (though those that did were very accommodating) and signage was not very direct. A must see/stay! "
