"We did not have any wash cloths in our room. When we called the front desk, they said they would deliver them to our room. After an hour, we did not get any and called the desk. They assured us they would come. After another hour of waiting and still did not receive them. In the morning, Starbucks was open but no one was there working. Overall, I am disappointed in my experience."
