"Our one night stay offered everything we needed. 10 minutes from the center of Narbonne, Novotel has easy parking and easy freeway access. The pool is large and welcoming, and they have towels for guests. The reception area and bar have lots of natural light. The best surprise was that the fitness center has new equipment and air conditioning - rare in France. It’s not large but was nice. Highly recommend. And the town of Norbonne has a magnificent cathedral and palace - worth a short visit."

Air con in the room was great, I enjoyed having a balcony (room 208), the pool area was lovely and breakfast choice was good. A bonus was the use of a water cooler/hot water machine in the corridor.
