"Hotel staff is friendly and they require you to give them your key so it doesn’t get lost but there’s almost no one at the receptionist desk. I eventually just started keeping the key with me because I didn’t feel like walking around the property to find someone. The sliding bathroom door was rusted and the wheel came off when I tried to close the door. It may be the area, but for some reason the toilet water had a light yellow hue. "Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "
