"We had an excellent stay. We've stayed at various Hampton Inns in Canada, the US, and Romania, and this one is easily one of the best! It has a great location, with a Megamaxi, La Carolina Park, and QuiCentro all within walking distance. We had a room with two beds that were well furnished with fluffy pillows. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent, as it offered options for various diets and included the typical "Western" foods as well as the more traditional foods like humitas and plantains. The traditional foods were changed daily, and I enjoyed eating different things during my one-week stay. The attendants were great, especially the staff member who was present on Saturday morning. He was so kind and helpful, especially since my waffle-making skills were not so great! The additional washrooms in the lobby, the 13th floor, and the gym were very clean! I also really appreciated the free coffee and tea station. Guests might really enjoy the anise tea. It was also nice to see that there was coca tea to help those afflicted by altitude sickness. There is a lovely terrace on the 13th floor, where you can enjoy beautiful vegetation as well as great views of the city. The gym is also located there. I used it several times during my stay to run on the treadmills and lift weights. I recommend going around 6:15 am or earlier if possible to enjoy the sunrise and to avoid getting the sun in your eyes. Check-in and check-out were easy. I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"El hotel esta bien localizado y el vecindario es muy tranquilo y centrico. Hay una estacion del metro a 8 minutos caminando. En general estuvo bastante bien pero el personal es un poco rudo, especialmente el bartender que mi esposa le pidio un vaso con hielo y nos ignoro. Mi esposa tuvo que ir al front desk a quejarse pero el bartender nunca nos dio la cara. Otra persona nos trajo el vaso con hielo y nos pidio disculpas pero fue una experiencia desagradable. Esto crea un poco de desconfianza en el servicio del hotel. Fuera de esto estuvo bastante bien."

"Excelente ! El hotel muy cómodo , habitaciones amplias , muy limpias , con aseo diario y cambio de toallas . La cama muy confortable , sábanas de primera calidad. Posee Bar y restaurante donde el desayuno es excelente . Los platos a la carta muy bien elaborados . La ubicación muy central , segura . Quiero destacar la atención del personal del concierge , en especial la del Señor Pablo Valladares , quien nos asistió siempre y estuvo al cuidado de nosotros . 100% recomendado"

"We loved our stay! The breakfasts are incredible! Try the Tigrillo! Marco is a wonderful host! Our room was large and had a beautiful view of the gardens and the butterflies and birds that visit in the morning. The dogs that live on the property are sweet and social. We will definitely come back!"
