"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The food was excellent, everything was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. We especially enjoyed the morning ceremony, which made the experience memorable. On the downside, the stay felt quite expensive by any standard. Considering the price, it was disappointing that every step in the hallway could be heard, and that drinks other than tea were not included."

The room are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The temple is located right in the heart of Koyasan, which made it very easy to walk everywhere and explore this magical place.
