「Best food I’ve had in northern Spain and I’ve been here 4 weeks so far. It’s a bit of a trip but well worth it assuming you have access to a car Slight hippy vibe and you feel like a guest in someone’s home rather than just a hotel. Will definitely visit again. 」

「Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough」

「Very convenient facility and good staffs , but it's too long to clean the room by 4 days. The environment is not very safe.」

「My room was cute, clean and the AC worked!!!! The staff was friendly and informative. As a solo woman traveller, it was easy to pop around to have a bite to eat and drink and I felt safe. Cosco Viejo was super lively. It was loud until late into the night and in the morning the trucks cleaning the streets and the bar clean up - glass/keg disposal etc woke me up ... but for me... it was an opportunity to get up and get going. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
