Rooms need improved maintenance. They aren't as good as the ones in Kings Road. Lift also in need of immediate maintenance. Last minute (same day the reservation started) moved me to a room on a fight floor without lift access (4th to 5th floor by stairs) without asking if there was any mobility ...
