「Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in bester Lage. Ich habe sogar 2 Nächte verlängert! Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom historischen Stadtzentrum Labins entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man kann es auch auf der gemütlichen Terrasse genießen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.」

「Die Rezeptionistin (angeblich Chefin d. Hotels) war sehr unfreundlich beim einchecken. Kommentare wie: "Sie kommen ja aus der reichen Schweiz" als ich nach den Parkgebühren gefragt habe, sollte sie sich verkneifen. Unverschämt! Die Rechnung konnte am Abend nicht bereit gemacht werden, so dass ich es am Abend bezahlen konnte. Zum Bezahlen der 5 Zimmer brauchte ich am nächsten Morgen über 30min. 「I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.」
