"The room was perfect, spacious and clean with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room was cleaned while we were out and the hot chocolate chip cookies were the best touch. Hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. The staff, especially Malaysia at the front desk was awesome. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but not terrible a little pricey though. You do need a rental car here though, nothing is in walking distance but we found driving in Pittsburgh fairly easy. We liked the location to the Penguins Arena and to many of the sites!! Would definitely recommend and will stay there again!!"

"The room we were assigned to smelled like weed, so I asked the front desk if we could be switched. She was very nice about it and moved us. The room then was clean and smelled fresh! My only complaint was the walls are thin, so we could hear upstairs floor walking and the TV on beside us and people talking. Not much anyone can do about that. We turned on the fan to try and drown out noise. We only stayed one night and had to leave before dawn to catch a plane, so we literally just spent the night (or half of one!)"
