「隔音很差，房間沒有沐浴乳，第一天沒有來整理 （後來我就乾脆都掛請勿打擾了）。但地理位置方便，整潔的程度也可以接受。」

「Room was very dirty! There was hair in the shower, on the floor, on the pillows. Dried spills on the floor. Didn’t even sleep under the bedding because of how dirty it was. There was a sign in the lobby that says no pets allowed. The TV was very staticky and there was no back on the remote so you had to hold the batteries in to use it. If it wouldn’t have been 1am when I arrived after a long travel day, I would have left and gone to a different place.」

「酒店员工服务态度很友好，提供的早餐很好吃。酒店附件有轻轨可以到downtown，交通很方便。盐湖城是一个很小很平和的城市，城市很干净，市民很友好，轻轨很干净。」
