「so nice」

「Booked a two queen room for 3 people. When we got there we were given a King suite. Management blamed it on Expedia and vice versa. Management didn't seem to care otherwise as the hotel was full. To be fair Expedia was equally as useless. The room smelt, most surfaces looked like they were wiped down by a dirty wet rag and left to air dry. The mattress on the pull couch that we were forced to use was pathetic. The pull out bed came with no bedding or pillows. The room was booked for three people...

「Some of the lights in the bathroom were not working, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and I had to have my room keys activated 4 different times. Will find a different place to stay next time」

「Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area.」

「The parking lot was being repaved. Parking was *really* far from the property which made bringing in all of our luggage etc. difficult. Additionally, they were paving when we got there (approx. 5pm) and were still going after ten pm. Looked like a ten year old was driving the paver (my kiddos observed this - I looked and agreed!). I get they have to pave but lot was steaming and guys were yelling at a family for walking on the pavement. Elevators were not working at one point and everyone was...

「Great location off I90! Lots of space in lobby to gather with friends and family. Loved the big screen in lobby where we could watch FIFA games. Felt our room was dark so it needed better or more lighting.」

「This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly.」

The room was poorly set up, a massive dresser at the foot of the bed left such a small gap that you had to walk sideways to pass to the other side of the bed. The dresser was useless because, that close to the bed, the drawers could not be used. Mount the TV on the wall and get rid of the dresser.
