「This was our first stay at Douro Palace and as we arrived and parked up we were amazed with location and appearance of the site. We were really pleased with the welcome we received and then when we arrived at our room, which we had booked with a river view, were amazed with the view - we’d really recommend a river view room. We enjoyed the outdoor pool that was available 24 hours with a bar open in the daytime. We ate both nights we stayed at the restaurant which had really good portion sizes...

「房間沒有窗戶和電視，但飯店風格很文青，服務很好。住宿過程不會打掃房間，但飯店爬坡上去可到非常方便。不想走路的話也有地鐵站可以搭，晚上睡覺也蠻安靜，隔音稍微不太好而已。飯店有酒吧和餐廳，蠻有氣氛。住宿樓層有櫃子讓你自己自助寄放行李」

「Staff very friendly and attentive. Meals in the restaurant are good.」

「The main asset to this hotel are the staff. They make your stay. They are extremely friendly, relax and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very attentive. The hotel could do with some minor improvements like the shower door in our room didn't connect together and there is very little space to put your clothes (and even when there is they are on show). Really good location and loved the little touches like a welcome drink and leaving your suitcases secure on your last day. 」
