「Clean and calm. Breakfast was best one at a hotel I have ever had and the staff Gary and Marcella were amazing! Online complaint and nothing over the top and definitely would not affect my review rating was it is advertised as a heated pool. It was cold. I told the front desk and they said they would put a ticket in to have it looked at」

「Wszystko jest pierwsza klasa.」

「So many ants in the room...」

「Very good, I will stay in this hotel in the future」

「The staff was wonderful and helpful. The coffee was great. An enjoyable experience all the way around. I'll try to stay there the next time I'm in Venice.」

「Great hotel, very quiet, very new, very good breakfast, very nice.」

「Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le personnel était très accueillant. L’établissement était propre.」

「Very cute and quiet. It is by the little bridge but you don’t hear traffic in the room. Access to trail which was convenient for a little night or early Morning walk.」

「Good breakfast and great location.」

「Housekeeping ladies were wonderful! Kristin at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! We were very impressed!」

「The room was very clean. The outside was beautiful. The courtyard was nice. The only thing is that bed. That bed was like laying on a rock. And it was horrible. Other than that everything else was okay. I mean I would have liked if the kid would have called me back and told me hey we got your message that you checked out. I had the hunt them down. But the nail in the coffin was that horrible Rock solid bed」

「我刚搬到威尼斯.新房子漏水了.我们在这里住了8天.可以自己做饭.非常的方便」

「The breakfast was not up to what I was use to for breakfasts at a Comfort Inn and/or Suite. The room felt like it needed updating. The floor we were on was under construction as well as the lobby. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.」

「Check in process was not the greatest. The office was closed on day of check in and the link provided was not working to allow upload of documents. There was sand all over the floor and in the shower -and yes, I know this is a beach house and sand is inevitable but shouldn't be there on day of check in, especially in the shower that hasn't been used yet. The coffee cups were dirty that were on the shelves and so were the knives in the knife rack. The countertop was also sticky like it hadn't...

「Clean, modern and well-maintained hotel, with friendly and accommodating staff and good location. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.」

「超棒可以放鬆的地方，我們度過美好的兩晚，謝謝老闆給我們裝潢好的新的房間」

「I like it very much, it's great, I will come again next time, 5+」
