It was worse experience of my life. Horrible dirty , in the reception they were unfriendly, they gave me wrong information, they said I will share the room with other women only and then after I made the payment, I came back late in the night , 3 black guys sleeping that room. I had to take a taxi in the middle of the night and go to another hotel. The day after I came back to ask reimbursement, they were telling lies, impolite, doesn’t even speak Italian or English. They were trying to keep my money since I didn’t even Entered in that room for one minute or didn’t use any service there. I don’t suggest this hotel to anyone. And I will inform related organizations in Italy to check on this place. Even one star is worth it.

Albergo buono per una notte, solo perché i materassi sono scomodissimi e si sente tanto il rumore del tram. La struttura è datata, i bagni comuni sempre puliti ad anche le lenzuola. All’interno della matrimoniale con bagno da condividere c’è box doccia e lavandino. Personale gentilissimo. Tutto sommato a me è servito per un appoggio e quindi è andato bene. Ad 1 km dalla stazione centrale e a due passi dalla metro porta Venezia.

L' hotel è in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi zona di milano con metro e mezzi a 50/100m di distanza dalle fermate, personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia accettabile per il prezzo pagato. Servirebbero forse qualche presa in piu per la corrente vicino ai letti e qualche lampadina è non funzionante. Esperienza positiva e mi ritengo abbastanza soddisfatto in rapporto al prezzo pagato.

Esperienza nel complesso positiva. La reception molto cordiale, se vi serve un letto economico vicino alla stazione centrale lo consiglio. Ero in stanza singola. Le stanze condivise ho visto che sono spaziose. Coerente con 1 stella non aspettatevi di più.

Feeling Insecurity

The room is ok, however there was no locker for the room or toilet. It made me feel in security to stay there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experiences! Terrible!

Being cheated by the photos! This hotel is totally different from what me and my friends see from the Web. The hotel located at 3rd floor of the building. Is really not convinient. The most terrible is the door of room is broken with a hole! It's seen like the door had been violently hacked and the hole is just covered by A4 paper only. It's really no safe at all! The toilet's light is no function well, the toilet is dark and very small. The room also totally uncomfortable. Besides,there is some stranger peoples cutting their hair at hotel' corridor.Fainted! The receptionist is unfriendly and rude. We book for 2 days, but we really can't tolerance to stay the second night. Thus, we request for refund for the second night. We spoke to the receptionist (boss), they refuse and force us to stay 1 more night. Their attitudes is worse and unreasonable. We quit to talk anymore. Totally ruined our holiday mood. Guys, beware of this hotel. It's will make you regrets !

confort moyen, mais très bien placé et prix modéré

Les plus : super bien placé, et prix très raisonnable pour Milan. Une épicerie ouverte jusque tard le soir (minuit au moins) juste en face. Chambres bien entretenues, propre. Moyen : accueil très sympathique ou moins, selon la personne. Pb : ensemble vétuste, donc on entend et on est réveillé si les gens sont bruyants (assez variable).Pour les chambres sans WC, WC communs dans salles de douche, qui restent humides au sol car il y a des personnes qui ferment mal les robinets... (ou bien ça fuit).

Appoggio per Expo

Soggiornato nella struttura solo per una notte in quanto di passaggio per visitare Expo, ottima vicinanza alla stazione centrale e la camera in dormitorio misto era ok per una notte. Consigliata soprattutto per la comodità nel raggiungere la stazione sopratutto quando si ha il treno la mattina presto oltre che per il prezzo modico.

Stay Away- Nice Best Western across the road

We travel enough to know that when full payment is requested AT check -in, there might be a problem. Yet I did NOT ask to see my room until after we had done so. Big mistake. When taken to our room it was dusty, dirty, bathroom was moldy. It was also extremely outdated which in and of itself is not a problem because I wasn't booking a 5 star place. Combined with the uncleanliness, it was wholly unacceptable. We have stayed at plenty of "dated" places that were in fact still fine. Not so here. We changed rooms because after checking in we noticed pieces of paper taped to the door under the handle. On inspection these were there to cover the head sized hole in the door! No way we could stay in an unsecured location. The replacement room was not better. In the bathroom was a mold experiment going on in what was supposed to be the shower. The sheets were clean, however we slept in our clothes in an abundance of caution and checked out so early we had to rouse the front desk person at 5:30 am. Had we slept on the floor of the Milan Stazione Centrale it would have been cleaner and quieter. A tiny lift, reception being on the third floor, those are common when traveling in Europe. We knew this wasn't a 5 star place, the trouble is it wasn't even a 1 star place. Hotels.com ought to seriously reconsider allowing this place to be an option on their site. The lowest scores are still too high for this place. We overpaid. The trouble is I wouldn't have paid $25 a night for this place.

Hôtel proche des transports en commun et du centre

Hôtel proche de l'accès aux transports en commun(à 100 m des lignes Métro,S,tram).Mais dès l'arrivée à l'accueil, la personne insiste fortement pour être payé en espèces et nous indique le distributeur de banque le plus proche. Pour payer en carte bancaire, il nous demande un supplément d'environ 7 pour cent (hors taxe de séjour)...Personne ne parle français dans l'équipe de l'hôtel. Après de longs palabres en anglais et résistance pour refuser ce marchandage, l'hôtelier finit par accepter la carte sans supplément. À part cela, le personnel est aimable.Chambre et literie propres et correctes.Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le récapitulatif de l'hôtel reçu à la réservation : pas de vue sur la ville, mais sur cour intérieure, ce qui est peut-être mieux pour le calme, pas de cafetière,bouilloire à thé ni de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. Insonorisation très légère entre chambres, serrure de la porte: ancienne et usagée.Petit déjeuner très succinct, juste pour dépanner (pas de buffet, pas de place). Il vaut mieux aller à l'extérieur.

Osittainen työmatka: Kuluneessa huoneessa piti olla hiustenkuivaaja ja kahvinkeitin, ei ollut edes laseja. Ei aamiaista. Huoneen kuva ei vastaa hotellin Web-sivua mitenkään, ei kuvan parveketta, pienempi huone. Sängyn kytkimistä puuttui päällyslevy, seiniä korjattu teipillä ja maalattu päälle. Micro-TV, ei satelliittikanavia, ei kaukosäädintä. Suihkussa hometta, suihkun suutin kalkista lähes ummessa. Lämmintä vettä piti valuttaa ennakkoon 10 min, pideen suutin rikki. Peilin toinen lamppu rikki. Patja loppuun kulunut, jouset selässä, nukkuminen erittäin ikävää ja vaikeaa ja aiheutti särkyjä. Lakanat tärkätty niin voimakkaasti, että aiheuttivat meille allergiset reaktiot. Sijainti hyvä.

Una stella che vals

La mia valutazione per il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente positiva. Abbiamo soggiorato una sola notte ed abbiamo scelto una tripla cn il bagno in camera. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile facendoci depositare i bagagli in hotel nonostante fossimo arrivati parecchie ore prima del check in. La reception è aperta 24/24 così tornati dall'expo dopo mezzanotte non abbiamo avuto problemi a farci assegnare la camera. Il letto matrimoniale era comodo e la camera spaziosa (un po meno il terzo letto). La posizione ottima: a pochi minuti a piedi sia dalla stazione sia dal duomo. Da un albergo a una sola stella non potevo aspettarmi di meglio.
