The unit is really nice and very comfortable. The second bed is a bit small but fine for a child. All new and everything was great. Grocery store on the one corner and coffee shop on the other. One block away is the metro which can take you anywhere you need to go. At first we were nervous about the location but within a day or two we found it really great. So close to transit and daily needs. Really a great spot.
