方便到極既酒店

Check in 搵代理既時候超級難搵， 因為係代理， 好似係香港搵地產佬去拎鎖匙， 然後再搭車去間屋， 但房間係非常好， 除左呢樣都冇問題， 超近duomo教堂， 一分鐘內一定到， 而且附近都好多野食。

Del elevador a la puerta del departamento esta largo, super oscuro, no se prendio nunca ningun foco y aunque el depa no esta feo. El edificio si. Quizas le falte una remodelacion al depa y seguro unos focos de sensor a ese pasillo

It’s my first time using contactless check-in but no big deal. As long as you follow the steps you will get it. That’s the major difference from normal hotel. The property is clean and spacious. I will definitely use it again if I will need it in the future. The thing that I like the most is the location.

The apartment itself was extremely clean and organized. The only issue was the apartments next door where they would leave the trash bags in the hallway leading to the front door of the apartment and it would leave an odor. Other then that the apartment was well located and close to many wonderful site seeing areas and stores for shopping. Really enjoyed our stay.

Not Great

I reached out prior to our arrival and never heard back from them. At one of their meet points - They helped as far as they could which is only passing keys to us and ensuring we had a paper which outlined the "rules and conditions". They weren't very helpful with anything further. We had no local access to phones and were hoping they can do us a personal favour in booking a cab (to airport for next day) for us but they refused. The room had air conditioner but didn't work. the apartment got hotter and we double/triple checked settings. We didn't bother reaching out by email since it was a few hours (overnight stay) we had and, I didn't have much confidence considering they didn't return my email from prior to our arrival.

Extremely rude property managers.

The the property managers required us to come to a location which was 5km away from the room/apartment booked to check in and provide keys to the place. They didn’t have any information about this extra travel before booking was completed. They expected visitors to find methods of transportation to travel to and from this check in location. After spending 1 hr to travel back and forth between the location and check-in point the apartment was still not cleaned. The person managing the property was not apologetic for their mistake but just said the cleaning crew was busy so they cudnt clean the property on time. The property managers were extremely rude on phone. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location and plenty of room, but the property was horribly maintained. There was a bad odor when we arrived, the bathroom floor was soaking wet and trailed into a bedroom where the wood floors were damaged, and the hallway to the apartment was dingy and dark. The apartment itself was really dusty, there was broken glassware in the cabinet, hooks were broken off of walls and not replaced. The washing machine was broken (a repair man came 2 days after we notified them, but by then we couldn’t wash our clothes because there wasn’t enough time to dry). The bedding and towels were cheap. The pillows were old and gross. Junk and was in one of the closets, and the linen closet smelled like cat urine.

I liked how spacious it was. We got a good amount of towels. Customer service was great. However, there was not enough body wash liquid. Also needed more bar soap. The directions to find our apartment once we got on the level of the apartment were confusing.

Great location, easy communication with staff. Suite is big with lots of room. However cleanliness needs some improvement. For eg one of the blankets has a weird smell. Overall good for short stay.

Great location but noisy

The apartment itself was a nice size with 2 bedrooms and is right beside the Duomo and its Metro stop.. However it is on a street that the tram goes on so which starts to run very early in the morning and can be very noisy. The apartment was not that clean. The dining table had been wiped but was still sticky, some dishes had to be re washed and there was lots of dust under the couch and beds. Check in was smooth but one has to go to another location a few metro or bus stops away and not close to the apartment in order to get the keys. That means a lot of extra time and toting of luggage on and off buses. The kitchen was well equipped and had a washing machine for clothes.

Like: location Dislike: 1. The blanket for the double bed is too small for 2 people, it can barely cover one person! 2. Toilet in the most awkward position with angled wall and no room for legs. 3. Only one set of key, very inconvenient for 4 people. 4. Very noisy starting before 7am (cable cars running ?)

Apto com banheiro muito pequeno.

O apto é bem localizado pertissimo do Duomo, maus quem esta de carro é muito ruim porque o estacionamento é longe, vc nao pode entrar de carro nesta area, o Banheiro é minusculo e a bacia do banheiro voce nao consegue sentar, o local de banho é minusculo vc quase nao rntra no box, particularmente eu nao recomendo, outra coisa a pessoa nao é flexivel e muito menos prestativa, imovel velho, as fotos nao condiz com a realidade.
