Good deal, small things can improve

My overall experience was good. First of all, the price was cheap compared to the hotels around. So with the amount I paid I think it was a very good deal indeed. Secondly, they allowed me to check in few hours early. A big surprise. Other than that, I went to the office for check in, which was slightly difficult to locate, after that it was all good. We did email for communication yet I expected the replies could be faster. For the apartment, 2 of us stayed for 6 nights but only one toilet roll was provided, which seems not so sensible. Please bring extra if you needed. One more thing was the remote of the air conditioning had low battery, emailed and they asked me to change by myself, interesting reply. The clock had no battery too and the extra blankets in the closet seems used, with a travelling neck pillow there too. Lastly, I extended my stay for one more night they arranged very promptly, which was a plus. Overall my experience was pleasant with such price , just small thing they need to work on.

沒想到這間公寓提供的是寬敞的個人廚房，讓我們身在異鄉能有自己的空間下廚煮東西，感覺很讚，可惜沒有鹽和油，若能提供少量，會更方便。 公寓的小缺點就是浴室乾濕分離的前片玻璃不好拉，只好從側邊進入，空間很小。有跟屋主反應，也很快得到回覆，只是為了不影響我們最後的短短旅程，還是請他們在我們離開時再檢修。但還是為他們快速的回應讚賞。另外，覺得燈光不夠多，房間有點暗。 雖然有上述這些小缺點，但瑕不掩瑜，整題還是很讚的，未來還是會選擇它。

When we checked in, we found that the couches were badly stained and smelled terrible. The hot water ran out after only 2 showers and we had 4 people in the party. The WIFi had no internet connection. Our emails to management were acknowledged but could not resolve the internet issue. It’s a nice space but these issues were very problematic.

Lovely apartment...a hidden gem inside a lovely courtyard. Spacious and clean and well laid out. Beautiful balcony and large windows. Was equipped with the basics for a short stay and nice clean bedding and towels. Thank you, we have already recommended a friend!

Lägenhet med bra läge nära centralen och gångavstånd till metro. Men lite längre promenad kunde vi nå de flesta sevärdheterna. Nära matbutiker och restauranger. Bekväma sängar och kök där vi kunde förbereda enklare måltider. Kontakten med Italianway fungerade exemplariskt. Vi fick snabbt svar på frågor och önskemål före och under vistelsen. Vi är mycket nöjda!!

Pretty good

Clean rooms but lights did not work, had to rely on lamps - was sufficient though. Entry code location given was wrong but once found was fine. A/C worked great in all rooms.

Very quiet area. We felt very safe. We even returned several times late at night. Only 2 blocks from the train station. One block from a trolley stop. There is an area in the basement with a washer and dryer. We saved hundreds of dollars by shopping at the nearby ALDI and making breakfast and dinner in the apartment.

Comolejo sistema de hospedaje

No hay lobby, no hay persona que recibe huéspedes. No es fácil identificar acceso al edificio. Usted debe llenar un formulario por internet antes de llegar al apartamento o corre el riesgo de quedarse varado afuera con las maletas y niños. Comunicación únicamente por internet y eso es un gran problema para turistas.

Great location

If you are coming to Milan by train, I can't imagine a better location to stay. Less than a 10 minute direct walk from the central station, less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. On the metro it is only a few stops to the Duomo and shopping mall. The appartment feels clean, modern and safe.

Apartamento ok. Mas pode melhorar em vários aspectos. A cama é ruim (são 2 camas juntas). Água quente é limitada… se estivesse em 2 ou mais, não teria água quente suficiente para o banho. Para acessar o apartamento é necessário passar pela área de um restaurante… um tanto estranho.

Great place, but check in procedure needs work

The apartment is very nice, spacious, modern, and clean. Has all the kitchen accessories you need. Great location, close to the train station, metro, shops and restaurants. However the check in procedure was the worst I’ve experienced. We uploaded the passport info but the approval email didn’t work, and we arrived an hour into the check-in window with no access code or email. We sat on the sidewalk for 90 minutes with two hungry kids, trying to contact the manager with the help from hotels.com support. It says there’s a reception but it is virtual, and they must’ve been on lunch break. I tried to get a refund but we finally reached them where they sent us the city tax payment email and then the access code. Unacceptable, but the place was nice.
