Very unfortunate and disappointing experience staying here. Host never responded to our early check in request. The check in process was overly complicated and stressful. The upstairs sink immediately clogged and had hair in it. The AC was more complicated to use than it should have been, and no instructions or house guide was available on the property. Lots of stains and dirty marks on upholstery and dirty marks on many of the walls. The skylight blind above the bed is broken and dirty. No body wash or shampoo supplied. No extra perks, and certainly sub-par experience overall. An awful first impression to the beautiful city of Milan. We couldn’t wait to leave, and the owners even denied our request for a partial refund after we asked to leave early. Please look elsewhere - there are much more accommodating and comfortable places out there.
