Le séjour s est déroulé dans l ensemble convenablement sauf que l hôtel nous a prélevé sur notre compte bancaire le prix de la réservation alors qu elle a était payé sur place en cb et lors de notre retour nous avons constaté que l établissement avait de nouveau prélevé une deuxième fois sur le compte bancaire sans raison nous en sommes à l heure actuelle a 170 euros de prix par l établissement et sans raison particulière

Schrecklich!! Gehen Sie woanders hin!!

Schrecklich und Grauenhaft!! Von der Ankunft bis zum früheren auschecken aus dieser Unterkunft. Das Personal wusste nicht dass wir kommen!! Verständigung auf Englisch NICHT MÖGLICH, keiner vom Personal konnte Englisch, obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand! Bekamen dann ein extrem kleines Zimmer, welches auch nur für eine Person eingerichtet war. Putzen gehört definitif NICHT zum Service dazu, obwohl "tägliche Zimmerreinigung" angegeben war. Das Lavabo im Badezimmer hat täglich Überschwemmungen verursacht, Leitung hinten hat geleckt (Bild). Das Rollo vom Badezimmerfenster konnte man nicht runterlassen -> kaputt! Das Zimmerschloss könnte man leicht aufbrechen, das Schloss passt nicht zur Türe! Spinnweben und Dreck überall! An jeder Wand zerdrückte Mücken! WC-Papier mussten wir selbst kaufen, wurde nicht aufgefüllt! Keine sonstigen Hygieneartikel vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat überhaupt nicht runtergekühlt, nur Luft geblasen! Deckenventilator auch kaputt! Das Frühstück fand zwischen 6-8 Uhr statt!! Wir mussten feststellen, dass das gebuchte "interkontinentale Frühstücksbuffet" aus 2 verschiedenen gefüllten süssen Gipfeln und ca 5 Sorten Fruchtsäften bestand!! Das gesammte Hotel hat nach Fisch gemuffelt. Der junge "Empfangschef" hat seine Mitarbeiter vor allen Gästen ständig runtergemacht! Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr fettig, Pizza war jedoch nicht ganz so schlecht. Das Hotel befindet sich inmitten eines Industriegebiets!

El peor hotel que hemos estado en muchisimos anos, tuvimos que irnos a los dos dias, los ruidos hasta las 11 o mas de la noche y comenzaban de nuevo a lad 6 de la manana,golpes de puertas golpes en paredes, el desayuno casi inexistente, dificil de entender todo el personal hablaba arabe. Evitenlo!

Le resto de l'hôtel est très correct. La propreté des sanitaires est très médiocre et la literie très fatiguée. Enfin le petit déjeuner continental annoncé n'en a que le nom. Expérience a ne pas réitéré, la propreté étant pour moi le poont non négociable.

Le pire de mes expériences

Un accueil glacial avec un hôte constipé et pas courtois. L’endroit est hyper brouillant(de jour comme de nuit) car l’établissement est conventionné avec des entreprises routières... Au restaurant on y mange discrètement bien pour une bonne qualité prix mais côté hygiène tout est un vrai désastre ( ne regardez pas ce qui traîne dessous le lit... car il y a de quoi prendre peur!)

Hotel pessimo

Hotel senza alcuna parvenza di pulizia ed igiene, arredi vecchi e sporchi, letti con solo un lenzuolo appoggiato sui materassi, nessun bidet, solo una bustina monodose di bagnoschiuma a persona, zanzare ed insetti ovunque e senza zanzariere alle finestre. Abbiamo soggiornato sabato su domenica ed il sabato sera karaoke ad alto volume nel ristorante sottostante le camere. Impossibile dormire fino alla mezzanotte. Il fumo di sigarette proveniente da altre stanze (gente maleducata), nonostante il divieto di fumare in tutta la struttura, ha invaso la nostra stanza tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Abbiamo provato a contattare telefonicamente il gestore (perché fisicamente non presente alla reception) ci siamo sentiti dire che non poteva fare nulla. La colazione inesistente, solo tre tipi di biscotti appoggiati in degli espositori e brioche e succhi in bottiglia. Siamo andati via il prima possibile al mattino e non ci torneremo mai più.

Simple stay before Malpensa flight

Clean, very simple accommodation. Good for a cheap night stay before flying out of Malpensa, as long as you have a car to get there. Very desolate area with nothing else around. The men spoke very limited English and tried to make us pay upon arrival although we paid online when we booked. However, we sorted it out using Google translate.
