All good. Room clean and spacious. Room serviced every day to a high standard. Plenty of local amenities, shops restaurants etc. Helpful staff! All good, no complaints!

Very nice staff, who spoke English. Three restaurants and grocery store across the street. They arranged for taxis and kept the luggage in a locked room. Room was good, staff very helpful and good lobby with separate alcohol/coffee bar and good restaurant for breakfast.

Property in good shape, with free parking and good internet service. In a very industrial area, far from Milano center. A very basic hotel with limited amenities and small rooms. Good for someone who goes for work and plan to be in the hotel basically for sleeping.

This place is unsafe and absolutely disgusting. This should be rated a one star hotel and not a four star hotel. This is false advertising. 1 inch pads for mattresses, blood on the sheets and the receptionist, Gaia was vile. She announced what room the stay was in to all the guests in the lobby. We asked for another room because of this and she threw a fit and then scrambled the new room number on our key holder. Stay away and see pictures for review.

Business Traveller - 3 nights October 20222

The hotel is in a great location and it is well cared for, room sizes are great. Breakfast is okay, not great, given it is not complimentary, I would go as far as to say below what would be expected. Hotel staff were neither rude or attentive. The real negatives for me is the Wi-Fi which was poor and for a hotel this size not acceptable. The TV in my room was broke and the air-con was pretty ineffective, with the room staying at 27 degrees all night. So, I will not be back, but do not let that put you off, it is well priced, clean and great location.

Cheap but overall poor quality :(

Not too impressed. Menu for breakfast was poor with only scrambled egg & bacon as a hot option but these were cold also. Dinner menu was ok, service was incredibly slow and unfriendly however. Despite the restaurant being empty we still waited 5 minutes to be seated, then a further 25 minutes for our order to be taken even though we told the staff we were ready 3 times. Room was large and fairly comfortable except the lack of working air con which meant by the middle of the night the temperature was up to 24/25 degrees! Overall tidiness was ok apart from the squashed dead beetle on the window ledge which stayed there for the 4 days i was in the hotel. Lack of room service or in room kettle & condiments was also disapointing. Given the choice i probably wont be back i am afraid.

Nur für die Durchreise - leider

Grundsätzlich für ein Hotel für die Durchreise, soweit OK. Was wirklich negativ aufgefallen ist, ist das Personal. Man hat schlicht den Eindruck, dass alle genervt sind. Das gilt für die Rezeption genauso wie auch für das Küchenpersonal welche das Frühstücksbuffet betreut. Das Frühstück ist brauchbar aber für ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen qualitativ unterdurchschnitilich. Im Zimmer ist die Geräuschkulisse der Klimatisierung sehr störend gewesen und eine Abschaltung war nicht einmal möglich oder die Steuerung dafür defekt. Ohne Ohropax hätte ich kaum geschlafen. Für mich leider ein Hotel in dem ich genau zweimal übernachte, nämlich das erste und letzte Mal.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel, sehr freundlicher Service und sehr grosses Zimmer zu einem hervorragenden Preis. Leider war dieses Mal das Badezimmer sehr enttäuschend. Die Wand war total verschimmelt.
