Conveniently located. Friendly personal. Very clean. We stayed in a double bedroom and the only thing (and arguably understandable in a city like Milan where space is expensive) was that the room was a little small, making it a harder for a family of four to be completely comfortable.

Nice hotel for the price! Good value for money!

Hotel was very good and room was clean as well as the bathroom. Toiletries and clean towels were provided and replaced daily. Breakfast was good. Hotel location was good too, near to Central Station.

This place is awesome. It’s easily accessible by public transportation. The breakfast was delicious. They sign you in so you don’t take advantage of them. The staff was very kind and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. There’s a great restaurant in easy walking distance and one in the hotel.

The front desk staff are great and very Accommodating. The breakfast buffet has quite a few options and the spread is good. The hotel is 30mins away from the main area but with the service provided i will definitely want to stay here.

It was a good stay overall. I found it a bit odd that there was no ironbox provided in the room (but maybe it's not common in Italy/Europe).

Was fine. Not that much around the hotel and the hotel is out of the way, 30 minute walk from central station. On our last night we saw a lot of ants in one of our bathrooms so they eventually moved us from that one room to 2 smaller connecting rooms. Sercixe vadies depending on who we talked to but would likely stay there again.

Decent hotel

A mixed review. We loved this hotel - although I am not sure about the 4 star rating. The room was clean and a decent size; some reviews mention the size being an issue, we were out all day and used it only for sleeping!! Bathroom was spotless, good shower with great water pressure. Eco friendly toiletries, plenty of towels should you need them. Bed was very comfortable. Only on our 2nd night were there issues. We arrived back to the room which had a very ‘drainy’ smell lingering. There was no WiFi, and then we had no AC. Being so tired we turned in for the night, only for everything to be working again in the morning. The smell was still there when we returned from breakfast. Breakfast was decent - enough to fill you for the morning with a good selection to choose from. Good coffee! All staff were pleasant and welcoming. Out of the way in terms of the centre, however, public transport is nearby. Bus stop around a 5 minute walk, or metro about 15 minutes away. A few good restaurants close by too, and a big supermarket around the corner.

Room was way too hot, air con didn’t do anything at all. They kept saying our room was 18c but it felt more like 25 Air con seemed broken, complained around 4 times and eventually just got sick of asking so we just pushed through with little sleep. Couldn’t open the windows as that would be the obvious choice because we were swarmed with very hungry mosquitoes. So now I have welts on my legs as had to sleep on the bed rather than in it. Location is BAD, my fault, should have done more research but we had to get the bus to and from the hotel on a morning and night. Which often which didn’t turn up more often than not. Taxi services are unreliable. The area was a bit grim, dog crap everywhere. Breakfast was average. A cut down continental style setup. I just had a few croissants and some juice. I’d say staying here, or the thought of having to go back there on a night did not bode well on our trip. The attitude seemed a bit like “just deal with it”. My advice for anyone travelling here. Find a hotel somewhere in between central station and the city centre shopping district. There’s good metro access. Which is available for €2.20 and lasts for 90 mins within zone 1-3 which covers anywhere you’d want to go within the city.
