Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, as an elderly non speaking Italian this was extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and the room was very clean, and the buffet breakfast was really good.

This hotel was a perfect location. Booking a hotel in Italy coming from Canada is tough as there are so so many to look at. I didn’t realize this Hotel was in Monza, but the train station was so close. The shopping plaza was just across from the traffic circle with amazing shops and dining. The room was big enough for three of us and very comfortable. Staff was great and helpful with all questions.

The AC and ventilation were completely turned off. When we asked at the front desk, we were told it was due to regulations. This made the air in the room uncomfortably bad.

A good hotel about 5 mins walk from the railway station and city centre. Exceedlingly friendly and helpful staff and helped solve a issue with purchase of replacement luggage. A very nice selection for breakfast.

Refreshing break

Wonderful break, great location 3mins walk to train station and 9-15mins train journey to Milan Central. Marco - thank you for looking after us during breakfast time (Veg - fresh juice)!!! Reception staff - excellent. Simple check-in process and room as expected.

This is NOT even close to a 4-star hotel. The hotel is old, dirty and in the worst part of Monza near the train station. The breakfast was ok but not even close to the price charged. The area is noisy and near a pack of fast food restaurants. The bed was as hard as a rock. NEVER AGAIN.

Reception, brand new elevator in extremely nice condition. Breakfast average, penthouse room with no window with a view (only skylights) was a let down. No place to put the shower head, had to keep it in other hand when washing hair... Intermittent train noise, and when exiting the hotel, there was "the typica croud who tend to hang at proxoimity of train stations" and that did not make me feel comfortable when walking outside

Convenient location near train station and center of Monza, great breakfast and friendly kitchen staff. Property is clean and safe. Bed was very comfortable and room had minibar. Maintenance issues in bathroom was only downside, which I never experienced staying there before ( toilet wasn't working properly, and lighting over the sink was out) - but I was too tired to report it and try to change rooms, which I expect they would have done.
