Ac didn’t work, shower doors don’t when close right a big gap, staff just doing theirs job but they could do better being a little more friendly, at least breakfast is great

Budget Milan at 4 star prices

Not the most up to date hotel. Very basic. Rooms reasonably big but no fridge and no tea/coffee making facilities. Phone didn’t work for the whole stay. Breakfast was ok, it was enough to get your day started. On the brighter side staff were helpful to a degree but very friendly all the same. Definitely not the 4 star this is advertised as, at the very most a 2 star but still at 4 star price. It was close to the metro which made access to the city and to Monza for the F1 and all other local transport routes easy.

Although I travel a lot, that hotel is the worst I have ever been to, terrible by all means, don’t understand how it has been rated as 4 stars hotel.

Dirty, Broken Facilities, and Unreliable Service

This hotel is listed as a 4-star, but it definitely doesn’t deserve that rating. There was dust everywhere, the shower had no door, and the showerhead was broken. Towels were not replaced daily even though I stayed for five nights. I reported all these issues to the reception, but the staff member in charge lied to me. Moreover, the photos on the website are outdated. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worse hotel I ever stayed

Very old and dirty room, bed was not comfortable. The window in the bathroom was broken and didn’t close. The shower water was cold for 2 days. Breakfast was very poor I don’t understand how this hotel can be rated 4 stars Not recommended at all

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. There is no drinking water or even a glass in the room. If you put their breakfast in front of a cow, it won't eat it. I didn't like it at all. Even 3-star hotels in Turkey are more comfortable.

Las fotos no se corresponden con lo publicado las sábanas estaban sucias la ducha y el grifo del lavamanos llenos de cal como si no los limpiaran nunca y el desayuno pésimo había solo 3 clases de croasanes café y huevo cocido nada que ver con lo que sale en las fotos en vez de un hotel de 4 estrellas es un albergue de 1 estrella

Il peggiore albergo degli ultimi 20 anni, mi sono sempre fidato di Expedia ma in questo caso ho perso la fiducia anche nel portale Expedia.
