Perfect for visitor

Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Clearly stated the route of sightseeing with map provided which is really nice for visitors. Just 5 minutes walk away from the Duomo. And free soft drinks are provided in the fridge. Nice :))

Very nice hotel, conveniently located only a seven or eight minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria. Also a 5 to 10 minute walk to lots of dining options and the Duomo Metro stop. Service was great. They provided some dining recommendations and called a taxi for us when needed. We were able to order drinks from the bar and bring to our room which was nice. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only minor complaint was that the shelving area and safe Was kind of dated and should be replaced. We had a nice patio overlooking the street. It was a really quiet area, which was nice too. There were free bottles of water and snacks in the lobby 24/7. We had to catch an early train so they packed a breakfast for us since we missed breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing spot close to everything you’d want to see while in Milan. Wonderful staff that were incredibly helpful and kind. This is definitely a place I’ll come back to each time I’m in Milan.

This is a wonderful oasis. From the great front-desk attendant, Luca, to the welcome prosecco. Room is quiet despite being in the center of Milano. Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage space, stocked cold drinks in the mini fridge. I would definitely stay again.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond, giving us great local transportation advice and helping us order train tickets. Also, the hotel provided free bottles of water and snacks. The room was a little small, but overall we were very pleased.

This hotel is wonderful. Stayed 2 nights. Very walkable to the cathedral and other attractions. Excellent customer service. Very impressive breakfast. Quiet. Comfortable bed and modern facilities. Provided a bag breakfast since I had to leave very early to the airport.

Staff was great and cleanliness was excellent. My only complaint were the paper thin walls where you could hear your neighbor. Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay in a great location.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mitten in Mailand, ca. 5min. zu Fuß von der Piazza del Duomo entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, von süß bis herzhaft alles dabei! Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

The staff at this hotel works hard to make your experience memorable. We arrived early and they were able to get rooms ready for us and even gave us an upgrade. I accidentally ordered an extra room and they were able to rectify the problem for us. They offer a welcome drink, free soft drinks and water in the room and a delicious breakfast. The location is right in the heart of Milan close to all the attractions, yet is tucked away and quiet. This is always the hotel we choose when traveling through Milan.

Located next to Bank of Italy, center of financial district and 5 minutes walk from Duomo of Milan, hence super convenient to all kinds of transportation. Sufficient Breakfast, minibar drinks and soda, as well as happy hour drinks are included. A very pleasant experience indeed.

One Night in Milan

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location couldn’t have been better, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Our room was spotless and very spacious. I would gladly stay here again!

It’s the little details that make this a special place. Personalized welcome note, homemade chocolate, complimentary minibar providing bottled water pellegrino. Beds were firm w nice linens. Staff always friendly answered all my stupid questions
