The property was wonderful and the staff was friendly. There were not a lot of options within walking distance for families and those with limited walking capability. We were able to eat at the hotel restaurant, which was very good.

Excellent place to stay. The professionalism of the staff was top-notch!! They were helpful with recommendations from local restaurants to the best way to travel (taxi or metro). Even eating at their restaurant was a wonderful experience! Staff that we have to mention because of the vast knowledge of Milan and Italy overall were Sarah, Giuseppe, Andrea, Olim Arianna and of course MEDO ( all went above and beyond to make our Italian experience fantastical!)

Lovely hotel and very helpful and friendly staff. Very good restaurant. Very reasonably priced (room, restaurant and bar). On the very edge of Milan (furthest subway stop, which also requires a bus). The walk from the bus stop is not far but the neighborhood is sketchy. Taxi to airport was expensive ($135 euros).

One gentlemen at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful with our stay. The server at the restaurant was welcoming and friendly as well Hair dryer broke in the morning and they had it working with in no time.

I’m can’t recommend this properly enough mainly for their customer service. Our flight to Milan was early in the morning and when we arrived to Holiday inn Silvia (friendly, helpful, professional receptionist) checked us in and allocated 2 rooms that were available at time there were for disabled and the toilets were uncomfortable for us to use we mentioned it to the reception staff and in the next day they offered us very nice comfortable rooms. At the end of our holidays our flight was cancelled we rang the Hotel from the airport and they booked us in for another night normally the check out is at 12:00 but because our flight was late in the evening Silvia extended it until 17:00 we were very delighted especially we returned our rental car the day before and the weather was extremely hot. I would like to thank all the Staff at Holiday inn for their welcoming Manner and professionalism.
