I will begin by saying that the actual staff at the Galería were lovely and helpful. This review is not a reflection on them. However, this is a horribly disappointing “hotel.” It’s not a hotel at all. It’s a collection of apartments. There are no typical hotel amenities or services and the limited reception hours nearly ruined all of our plans in Milan. The rooms are standard issue European hotel rooms - by no means luxuries despite the very high price. The apartments are nearly impossible to find. There is no parking. All the photos of the Galería in the listing reflect that historical venue, the hotel /apartments are right outside the Galería, but not connected at all. The listing on Expedia is completely fraudulent advertising. I cannot recommend this place at all.
