Great apartment and location, but...

Location and apartment was very good. However, we woke up to no hot water on a Sunday morning in the middle of February and could not get any support from staff until after 11am. This was a letdown that took the shine off of the overall stay. The shower drains also did not work properly so you would finish your shower standing in a pool of water (a small detail but one that needs to be taken care of...especially considering the price for the apartment stay). So if you improve the service availability and fix the drains you might have an outstanding property for future guests.
