Great position, friendly staff, breakfast excellent. My only criticism is the shower door panel was missing allowing water to flood the bathroom. Fix this problem before renting the room out again!

The check-in was so quick and the stuff provided some ideas on the transportation to get to the places we wanted to visit. The room was clean, with comfortable bed, however the TV had some issue to stay on, the shower door did not close well, so water liked into the bathroom floor.

The hotel was good, room size was decent and had a mini fridge, shower was fine with a high bath to climb in and out of. They had water/ drinks and snacks in reception which was very helpful. The hotel was a 8-10 minute walk from Milano Centrale station. There are some lovely good value restaurants nearby. Taxis into the Duomo/Galleria are around 15 euro. The only downside was the aircon, which they did have and did work but was set on one temp and not changeable - it would have been nice to be little cooler

The staff were friendly + the morning breakfast had a varied menu with fresh fruit yogurt + baked goods. The location was quite close to the Milan Centrale train station which was quite convenient. The room itself was just okay. No side table to put your phone or water on so you had to place it on the floor. The air conditioning unit made terrible noises throughout the night and the towels were quite scratchy! The shower stool was quote small and the doors did not close all way. This resulted in water puddling on the floor.

It was not a full room. It was a space that did not meet the dimensions of the normal rooms so a substandard bed was placed in it and a bathroom was squeezed into so small a space it was difficult to get into it. However, it was clean and staff were friendly and polite. It might be ideal for a backpacker on a budget. Had I seen the room before booking, I would not have chosen it.
