Not memorable experience 😕

It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent connection with Metro 3 to Duomo and Conar supermarket around the corner. They didn't do any communication or welcome notes, or small presents as others B&B cheapers but better we were before. We will not recommend it at all.

unfair/dishonor housekeeping charges

I am solely disappointed and referring to the property's unfair/dishonor housekeeping charges which are not spelt out on their property advertised Rule & Regulation AND didn't indicate at all on the check out page when making the booking. Prior to two days of check-in date - it's requested by Property to complete the online/virtual check in, it left me no choice but have to follow Property's Instruction to transfer EUR60 payment for housekeeping in order for the Property Agent to release check-in information and code to open the building door. I re-stressed that if the housekeeping fee was honestly indicated on the check out page when making booking - I WON'T CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY! In addition, please take note that there is NO WASHING MACHINE in this property even though the Property Website stated the Popular Amenities included "Laundry Facilities".

Ottima posizione, bella struttura, peccato…..

La location è piacevole, bella struttura è dotata di parcheggio (a pagamento), ben collegata ( M3 e trenord) servizi e ristoranti vicini. Peccato per l’impianto di climatizzazione insufficiente e molto sporco (in tre giorni è riuscito a passare da 32 a 29 gradi, pulizia filtro segnalato dallo stesso impianto), anche la pulizia generale dell’appartamento non era perfetta.

Appartement propre. Possède tous les équipements nécessaires. À deux pas du métro et d'un supermarché. Petit bémol : l'appartement au rez de chaussée est exposé aux allées et venues des autres occupants et ne possède que des rideaux afin d'occulter la vue.

Ottimo ma rumoroso

Ottimo monolocale, ristrutturato con gusto e buoni materiali. Pulito e completamente corrispondente alle immagini e alla descrizione. Ottimo e cordiale l’operatore per il check-in. L’unico neo, non imputabile ai gestori, è la rumorosità. Punto particolarmente trafficato e adiacente ad un bar che avvia la propria attività decisamente presto al mattino.
