Loved the hotel and the staff. Great location next to metro for easy access to Linate airport. The only challenge we had was finding the entrance which is a bit tucked away and neither Apple Maps nor google maps accurately portray the location. Fortunately we spotted the doorway from the photo on Expedia.

Just to clarify.. this is not a hotel as the accommodation was billed when I initially booked.. It is actually rooms in a residential/commercial building. No traditional front desk or security. On the plus side..Less than 5 minute walk to Duomo. Check in receptionist was helpful with dining recommendations.

Booked family room which was 2 connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms. Really nice hotel close to all the shopping. Service from the staff and lady at reception was exceptional. Thanks and will definately stay here again

While the hotel and hotel room was small, it was in a perfect location - a short walk to the Duomo, La Scala and great shopping / dining. It was on a pedestrian way, which was ideal as we did not have a car.

The location is great. Service is great. We did not like the check in process nor that its inside a Galeria and Taxi cannot go to door. But overall is very convenient near to Duomo and shopping and dining.

This was not a hotel, rather a collection of rooms in a larger building. But, it is in a great location and the staff was very helpful. It was comfortable and clean, but has no amenities typically associated with a hotel. If you just want a place to sleep and nothing else, I would recommend this.

I read a few reviews that said the property could be difficult to find. The instructions were very clear and as we arrived for check in during the day, it was simple to find the property. I was pleasantly surprised with the location and how simple it was to get on a metro or train from the property. The room itself was clean and had everything needed for a couple nights stay. An extra thank you to Anna who was very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome!

The hotel is more like an appartment hotel located inside a hidden building with other services. Anna was very friendly and was very responsive. The hotel is small, AC is not cold, and wifi is slow. However, it is very convenience location. It's like 5 minute walk to Duomo Milano and shopping center is right down the hotel building with lots of restaurants. Ovreall it's a good hotel to stay.

Found this hotel tucked away in heart of Milan, Never heard of it, but took a chance. This turned out to be a hidden gem. The location was the best, just mins walking from Duomo and Galleria, all kinds of dining options around right next to metro station. Didnt have the feel of a chain hotel, was very small but cozy, and the rooms very clean, nicely laid out and very functional. The staff was super friendly and responsive. Only small challenge is finding the place initially as it is on a walking street, but the staff guided us well and we didnt have any problem. Highly recommended and I would stay here again.
