「Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en mettant plutôt du pain ou des crêpes marocaines. La chambre était confortable mais l'odeur qui venait de la salle de bain n'était pas très agréable. C'est peut-être uniquement propre à la chambre du rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue. La qualité de l'hébergement est très largement correcte pour le prix.」

「Le RIAD est situé dans des ruelles piétonnes. Il faut donc se garer à proximité. Le RIAD est charmant et le personnel agréable. Nous recommandons de profiter pleinement de la terrasse qui donne sur la place.」

「We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius.」

But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? 「It’s situated within the medina which is ideal although you will need to walk a little way from the Main Street to access it. It was down a dirty alleyway with some cats and poo which wasn’t nice. It’s not their area but perhaps they may need to consider how to make that first area more appealing to guests as it looks awful. Inside it was a very nicely decorated Riad. Breakfast was good and useful. I would say if visiting in winter months that this Riad was very cold. The air con didn’t seem to...

「The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. 」

「We had a lovely 3 nights at the Sahrai. Nothing was too much for the staff. Gorgeous spacious room. Great restaurants. Pool looks gorgeous and will be back when it is warmer. Jacuzzi & hammam 」

「There was nothing particularly wrong with this place but my mistake was having booked the single room. Let's just say it was a very, very small room with a bathroom just about the size of a closet. Another issue is the fact that the wifi was quite weak, at times so slow as to be non-functional. I could have probably just asked to move to a larger room but I just chose to pay more to go to another riad.」
