Un hotel totalmente recomendable

Cenamos muy bien en el restaurante, todos los platos que pedimos estaban muy ricos. En general nos gustó todo en el hotel pero si hay algo que nos ha resultado incomodo: no dan a los clientes albornoz para ir de la habitación al Spa, como en otros hoteles de este tipo, si no que dan toallas y no hay vestuario en el spa.

l hotel está en muy buen estado, tiene muchos servicios y está bien cuidado. La habitación grande y cómoda, con todo lo que se necesita. Baño muy amplio. Lugar tranquilo.

Decepcionante. No repetiremos. Mal trato y viejo

Nuestra experiencia ha sido bastante DECEPCIONANTE. El hotel no se corresponde con un cuatro estrellas. Habíamos reservado una habitación para 2 adultos y 1 bebe con vistas al mar y a la llegada la recepcionista llamada Mar nos comenta que a ella no le aparece que hubiésemos reservado una habitación con vistas y que como el hotel está lleno no puede hacer nada. Ante nuestra sorpresa y aunque le enseñamos el comprobante de la reserva donde se indicaba que habíamos contratado una habitación con vistas no nos dio ninguna solución, todo lo contrario, insistió en que esa era sólo una característica que tienen algunas habitaciones y no tenía por qué ser la nuestra (aun indicándolo claro en nuestra reserva). Después de hablar con Hoteles.com ellos contactaron con el hotel y milagrosamente les apareció una habitación doble con vistas que media hora antes no existía por estar el hotel "completo". El trato recibido por la recepcionista Mar, nos decepcionó muchísimo. En vez de ayudar solo nos puso trabas. La primera habitación que nos habían dado además olía a desagüe. Ni una disculpa. Por lo demás la habitación amplia pero antigua. Necesitan remodelar los muebles y la decoración para el precio que piden. Además por la cuna te cobran 10 € adicionales/día mientras que en otros alojamientos es gratuita. El hotel está totalmente sobrevalorado. Se salvan por la ubicación pero por el trato hacia el cliente y la antigüedad de la habitación no lo recomendamos ni nos volveremos a alojar aquí

Free parking on public highway is congested. Private, open air car park is a long way from hotel itself. Front apartments overlook superb marine view. Food in cafe and restaurant was good. Reception staff could be more welcoming.

Buen hotel aunque le vendría bien renovarse

La ubicación es magnífica y cuenta con unas vistas espectaculares (Mogro en sí es una maravilla paisajística). Sin embargo, no le vendría nada mal un cambio decorativo y eliminar la moqueta que, para un sitio de playa, me parece muy poco acertado (además de que, personalmente, no me gusten las moquetas). Por lo demás, Mogro es un pueblo con poca o ninguna actividad social. El hotel es el que le da algo de vida.

Que hoteles timadores

El hotel milagros esta muy bien aunque yo la higiene a la hora del baño la reslataria un pono en cuanto a las cortinas. En lo referente a la pagina de HOTELES.com decir que son unos mentirosos que te dicen a todo lo que quieres que si y luego llegan tus sorpresa y te mienten tambien en distancias y en acomodamientos k dicen que hay y luego n hay. Yo ultima vez que reservo en esa pagina. Sinverguenzas. X lo demas el hotel bien cambiaria las cortinas x mampara ya que estaban un poko sucias.

Parfait

Un accueil agréable, avec un personnel à l'écoute, Notre chambre est grande, propre, avec un balcon face à la mer. Là une table et des fauteuils pour admirer le paysage, La literie est de qualité, le mini bar comporte quelques boisons offertes. Après la fatigue de la route la piscine nous attends avec son bain bouillonnant, les serviettes sont à prendre à l'accueil. Vraiment très bien.
