「I stayed here for a conference so the location was excellent. My booking stated deluxe room but it was just a large room; I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. The mattress was saggy and the lighting was awful - tiny bedside lights or dim overhead lights - no table lamp for working. The bathroom was so dark it was very difficult to apply or remove makeup - better lighting is essential. It was also noisy late at night on the street frontage sides of the hotel. 「Excellent Host. The room was clean and spacious. Lots of hooks in the bathroom (always a plus) and places for clothes in the room. The bed was very big (Kingsize UK) and comfortable. Kitchenette was great especially having a fridge. It was very quiet in the room at all times. The location was perfect just a minute to the beautiful old square with lots of places to eat and drink. Local Spar shop was well stocked and just a 2 minute walk. Train station was about a 20 minute slow walk but...

「massive problem at check in as i was not informed about the access code. as i was checking in at night it created unwanted additional costs. the place is good, the room was spot on, the breakfast was good. The the area in even better. 」

「Like many places in Europe it could make improvements to handicap accessibility. If you arrive after dark the address takes you to a closed up street of shops, and the entrance and parking you want is around the block on the ocean side.」

「The check in went smoothly. Then we got to our room and struggled to open the door. When we got in our room was 25 degrees. Back to the desk to get ac on. Then out for dinner and returned to a door that would not open. Back to the desk again. Toilet also ran on and on.」

「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」

「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Wir hatten schöne Tage in der Unterkunft, aber der erste Eindruck mit den 2 Pflegebetten in den Doppelzimmern musste erstmal „verdaut“ werden. Hier sollte in der Zimmerbeschreibung näher darauf eingegangen werden. Ansonsten war alles gut und ist weiterzuempfehlen.」
