"The staff was very nice, the bed sheets had a black stain on them. Needs new sheets, floors need updated! Not the cleanest place to stay"

This exit is literally 2 hotels and a truck stop. Expect to drive 10 miles to civilization.

A good bed and good pillow in a clean room is hard to find in this price range. That is the essential so often missing. Not here- a good night sleep was had. Oh, and the breakfast had real food!

The breakfast was good but I love a hot cup of coffee in the morning and the coffee was not hot. Our room was really nice and comfortable, clean, newly decorated and good size.
