「When we arrived, we were assigned a cabin without a stove but the manager quickly rectified it. However, we were only supplied a small saucepan and no cooking utensils. 「This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! 「This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.」
