"Instead of the king size bed in the handicap room we reserved, we were given two queen beds. We were going to be late, so I called in advance to let them know. The young man who answered the call at the hotel looked up our reservation and said yes I see it, one king bed, accessible. I thanked him. And was assured we had the room we reserved.
Nope! When we arrived they had rented out the room to someone else!! Hotel said it was Expedia that changed the reservation, I showed him my confirmation number. They denied it —wasn’t their fault! He said there was nothing he could do.
Not going to stay there again"
