「Room was great. Continental Breakfast...Saturday staff was 30 minutes late opening up. You had dry cereal and oatmeal but no milk. Pastries were day old at least and by Monday morning were pretty much trash. Sunday morning the waffle mix was empty. THIS NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!!!」

「Polite staff and clean hotel, but if you need to actually sleep, find somewhere else to stay. Cheap construction, clearly no sound insulation between floors. With the teenagers upstairs, it took multiple calls to the front desk to talk to them. Doors closing upstairs literally shook the beds. Also the fire alarm LED kept was so bright it could be seen even with your eyes closed. Hotel would be well served to separate into different guest-type sections.」

「This hotel is extremely convenient for anyone that will be staying in Wellington, Co. It isn’t a “high class” place, but it has everything you need. Our stay was exactly what we needed.」

「Room smelled like cigarette smoke. They to clean it. But the cleaner they used gave me horrible headache. 」

「The pool and the customer service were great! The food was pretty good as well. My only 2 complaints are that they don't have it disclosed on Expedia that they take an incidental fee of $100 per room per stay and when we first got there, I used the restroom downstairs and it was dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. 」
