「The hotel’s ad on Expedia indicates an AIRPORT SHUTTLE is available BUT that is not true. The hotel staff stated the hotel never had one yet the Expedia ad continues to advertise the AIRPORT SHUTTLE. I incurred the extra cost of Ubers from and to the airport ($60 RT) and request reimbursement. I have receipts.
The hotel said they are not responsible for the misprint in Expedia. Yet I relied on the information to select this hotel. I’d like someone to contact me for reimbursement.
