Will not stay there again

Low water pressure, a/c did not cool apartment well, carpet spots missing on floor, floors popped while walking on them, trash everywhere on outside of apartment, animal poop all over grass and dirt. Nasty

Won’t return

Was unable to get in the unit for an hour because the first two door codes they gave me did not work. There was no trash can in the apartment. The unit smelled awful, the shower was nasty. The kitchen utensils were dirty. For $200 with a 4pm check in and a 11am check out I expected something nice. I do not suggest staying here.

We are extremely disappointed for what we paid. The photos online did not show how rundown the unit and property is. We had trouble finding our unit as instructions were not emailed if we were building 1 or 10, we were just given "103." When we first walked in, we smelled smoke. There were empty beer bottles on the patio. There were burrs, rocks, tape, etc. all throughout the carpet that we kept stepping on so the carpet was not vacuumed. The pots and pans and dishes in the pantry/cupboards had not been cleaned. There was nothing to handwash the dishes, or baking sheets and an oven mitt to use with the oven. We were only given 2 washcloths for a 5 day stay with 2 people. We couldn't take a bath because there was no stopper. We were contacted about our stay and when we gave this feedback we were originally told we'd be receiving an update. Now it's been 2 weeks and after following up twice, the only update we were told was to take it up with Expedia. The overall experience after addressing these concerns has been extremely poor on Vector Travels.

I didn’t actually end up staying there. After over an hour trying to access the room and many phone calls to the company, once I was able to get into the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette. So, I ended up having to find another place to stay. The unit was cute, but the property was run down.

Very dirty and in poor condition

From the beginning it was a hassle. Supposed to get emails with check in info, room access code and such, at specified times and never did. I had to contact Hotels.com to get the property management company’s number because not up to date on Hotels.com. Once I get in contact I was told that a confirmation email was sent, it wasn’t, I received the email 2 minutes after I got off the phone. It was the same for all other emails, had to call to get the next step of info. Getting to to address late in the evening and driving around and then walking around to find the apartment was not a great time, the apartment was located in the middle of the complex and it was a good 2 minute walk to and from the closest parking spot, it took about 20 minutes to bring all my stuff to the apartment. By this time it’s 10:30 and I need to be up at 5 so I go to sleep without really looking around, all I really noticed was it did not smell very good, like a dirty, musty, old apartment. Waking up and actually looking around I noticed how dirty it was. Spilled sauce on the carpet, kitchen floor, and cabinets. Coffee grounds all over the countertop and in the drawer. The microwave was dirty, the floors weren’t vacuumed to the point I didn’t want to walk around without my shoes on. There was dried blood on the bathroom floor as well. Also, there was a dick in the dryer. Clearly it was never cleaned. After a phone call and a few emails they sent someone out to clean and it was still poorly done.
