「The smell of the rooms made one of my friends became sick. That’s how terrible it was. We didn’t check in we looked for another place immediately and left the place. Awaiting my refund. He said in 7 days. I hope he does something about the dump carpet and makes the place secure. I asked of a fire exit and he got angry. 」

「The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. 」

「you can take the tram to crumpsall and walk to it. everything's ok.」

「Amazing stay, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and en-suite. The lodge is detached from a large house but there is dedicated access and the location is perfect! Just round the corner from Heaton Park, which is a lovely bonus. If you want some autonomy and the ability to cook, this is fantastic, one of the best stays I have had and I travel a lot.」

「Lovely staff, great location to stay to access Heaton Hall Bowls Club the site of the 2002 Bowls Commonwealth Games. The beefeater next door served great food during my stay.」

「Fantastic Hotel. We’ve used it a few times now. Very clean, big rooms and comfy beds. My father in-law left his jacket in his room, he only realised when we had got home. The staff located it and put it somewhere safe until we got Royal Mail sorted to do a pick up. Very happy with the service. All staff friendly and helpful 」

「Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!」
