「Staff were kind.」

「It was very clean, centrally located and within walking distance to all you wanted.」

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」

「I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room, but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.」

「Very pleased on the brand new materials in our room. (New carpet, walls, beds and furniture, decor). A comfortable stay.」

「餐點簡單了點，泳池太小了，咖啡好喝，房間很乾凈，床很舒適」

「房間很大，床很舒服，shower還可以，早餐非常的遭，千萬不要去吃他的早餐buffet!!!」

「Louis was a great host. We really enjoyed the information he gave us regarding things to do around the area. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.」

「Always a great place to stay when you’re in Akron right up the street from the mall and downtown easy access to go up to Cleveland. Nice great in between spot to see everything around northeast Ohio.」

「Great location and met all expectations for a fair price. Appreciate the service and great breakfast to start the day.」
